xenstored updates:
--trace-file arg to xenstored for better diagnosis
Inherit permissions when creating files and directories
Rework watch code so it only fires on watches active when event occurs
More exhaustive tests for watches, and transactions
Fix watches on rm to cover deleted children
Watches placed using relative path return relative path when fired
