[Xen-devel] xc patch for ia64

The attached patch to xc enables various tools to
work on ia64.  Please eyeball... if no problems,

One possibly controversial area: in the future
it might make sense for XC_PAGE_SIZE to be a
variable to support architectures with multiple
pagesizes.  I propose that in this round we
just change the constant (4096) to a #define
so it will be easier to fix in the future,
but that more general fix will have to be coordinated
with other higher level tools and for now we'd
like to focus on getting basic functionality working
on Xen/ia64.
