Hi,
   In xen/include/public/io/*.h there are multiple defines for
blkif_*_t:

  blkif.h:#define blkif_vdev_t   u16
  blkif.h:#define blkif_sector_t u64
  domain_controller.h:#define blkif_vdev_t   u16
  domain_controller.h:#define blkif_pdev_t   u32
  domain_controller.h:#define blkif_sector_t u64

with no protection against multiple definition.  This seems
broken, no?
