For some reason, the web server that I've put them on (iis6) refuses to
acknowledge the existence of any file ending in .deb and reports 404
even though the directory can be browsed. And like you I've been too
swamped in work to find out why. The .gz files are accessible though so
you could do a dpkg-buildpackage to make it happen.
