I have been using the built-in VNC Service to get multiple terminals and  kde desktop for domU.

I'm using Fedora's built-in implemtation of the VNC server and the tightVNC client ( www.tightvnc.com ) <I like it because it works from my xp laptop>

it will allow you to open multiple xterms and even run the graphical apps (ie firefox, kde).  You can simply install vncserver in domU and connect remotely from dom0  or any remote machine With the vnc client.

I have not completed any research on the cost of this in "overhead."  If you are trying to get a small footprint implementation or test for performance you might want to take a closer look.

Do you Yahoo!?
The all-new My Yahoo! ? What will yours do?
