Having just made a fairly significant change to the the data path
of the blkfront driver late last night I thought this was going
to be my bug. However, I'm really struggling to reproduce it.

What cset is at the head of your tree?

I'd be grateful if you could try undoing the bk repository so
that you remove cset 1.1218, and then try all the way back to
before 1.1206.

Is this on 2.4 or 2.6, which domain? I thought this was fixed a
week or so ago.

Hmm, I've just spotted that there is a blk device issue running a
2.6.7-xen0 (as opposed to 2.6.7-xenU) kernel in domains >0. I
don't think it's your problem though, as the device completely fails to
register. I'm afraid I'm going away for the weekend, so this will
have to wait until Sunday evening...
