[Xen-devel] New user manual

I've just checked in the beginnings of a unified user manual to be distributed 
with Xen, in which I'd like to unify as much of the available user-related 
information as possible.

Contributions are strongly encouraged.  Even if it's just some corrections or 
a few paragraphs on something.
