Currently suspend/resume is simply not implemented:
 void blkdev_suspend(void)
 {
     /* XXX FIXME */
     BUG();
 }
 void blkdev_resume(void)
 {
     /* XXX FIXME */
     BUG();
 }
It'll get filled in after the OSDI deadline.
