This is just a note to let people know that CONFIG_HIGHMEM4G is now
supported by Linux in the Xen 1.3 tree.

This is the result of a rewrite of the way memory is laid out when a
domain is bootstrapped. At the same time I changed the Xenolinux image
format to ELF -- there is now the possibility that some of the Linux,
FreeBSD, and NetBSD domain-building code can be merged and cleaned up.
