Yes, you can use the command knoppix-hdinstall.  It is the easiest way to 
install Debian or any Linux distro in my opinion, it takes about 20 minutes for 
the full version of Knoppix.  You just lose out on customization options.  It 
is easy to craft your own version of Knoppix, the remastering link the last 
person provided.
