I recently installed XCP and added the XenWebManager application.   As part of
this I also installed Apt-Cacher-NG on the XenWebManager - it has proven very
valuable for quickly prototyping VM images that I want to install off the web,
and for others.   I know Apt is specific to distros using a debian like package
manager, but it's a start and improves bandwidth efficiency.

As part of adding it to the distro, the templates should be modified to use the
apt-cacher-ng service.
