This issue has occurred for 8 months and is tied to kernel updates.  `xm
shutdown -w domu` requests are hung forever.

Xen 3.2.1-rc1-pre  (previously occurred on 3.0.x as well)
2.6.24-24-xen  - Ubuntu x86_64

xen-bugtool was used to gather the logs.  Will attach them ASAP.
