Using the XenServer 5.0.0u3 and 5.5.0 installers, I see the installer does not
sanitise the answer file correctly, and this causes 10-prepare-storage in
firstboot to fail.

The answerfile contains one or more devices for the guest storage, and one for
where XenServer is installed. The installer device is used by the guest storage
by default, so does not have to be included.

If the installer device *IS* included in the guest device section, then the
first boot will install in 10-prepare-storage since PARTITIONS in
/etc/firstboot.d/data/default-storage.conf contains duplicate entries.
