run dom0 on Ubuntu 8.0.4

quad core core 6600, 4G memory

first I run 3 domUs, each with 2 vcpus, sometimes get cpu stucks error in log.
and need a reboot to domU.

and when I run 4 domUs, each use 1 vcpu, it's OK, but when run 5 domUs, the
whole server get completely crashed once a day, no error message.

Is that a bug? Is there a domU limit on a single server? but I heard some one
running 7 or 8 domUs on a single server.
