Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
when create an IA32PAE Windows xp guest with config "vcpu=1, acpi=1", guest
will crash at beginning "load your personal setting".

xend.log and serial log are attached.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) prepare an UP ACPI 32pae Winxp image
2) create guest with config "vcpu=1, acpi=1"
