Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
On 32PAE host, if we create one HVM guest, host will print "Error: [Errno 2] No
such file or directory", guest do not start booting.

XenU guest can boot up successfully.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1) prepare a linux or Windows image file
2) create HVM guest
