c/s 15203 removed netloop from the network bridge init scripts, so xm-test must
be updated to accomodate the new bridge naming scheme.  Basically, the old way
created bridge xenbrX, enslaving pethX and vif0.X, and then configuring eth0. 
The new way names the bridge ethX and the pysical device is enslaved pethX.

workaround - comment out lines the call to cleanDom0Aliases in
xm-test/lib/XmTestLib/NetConfig.py
