When a new machine is loaded as a guest using HVM (xm create),
the physical network interface begin to hang.

Every hang, the following message goes to dmesg:
NETDEV WATCHDOG: peth0: transmit timed out
peth0: Transmit timeout, status 0c 0005 c07f media 80.
peth0: Tx queue start entry 600  dirty entry 596.
peth0:  Tx descriptor 0 is 0008a06e. (queue head)

The problem began when xen was updater from:

to (from yum.log):

The problem is the same with 2 different boards, NVidia onboard lan and rtl8139
pci.
