Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
if the vti domain is configured with more than 2 vcpus, Windows 2003
installation on it wont be
successfull(but it is ok for Linux os installation). That is, during the
loading phase the
installation will be interrpted.
Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. dd a empty image for the system installation.
2. boot a vti domain with 3 vcpus from CDROM(W2K3's iso).
3. afer entering the shell interface, using "setupldr" to set up the
installation.
4. during the loading phase the installation will be interrpted, and the
machine crash.
