Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
It is UP and SMP FC5 IA32e.

It's timer run faster than normal. 
It can be faster 60 seconds in 2 hours. 


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. Create UP and SMP FC5 IA32E.
2. "watch -n1 date" and compared with other normal machine in around half an
hour. 

Current result:
----------------
IA32E HVM timer is faster than normal.
