hm... strange
after boot - all ok, but after some hours:

#hwclock; date; sleep 20; date; hwclock
Mon May  1 15:52:02 2006  -0.516879 seconds
Mon May  1 14:40:26 MSD 2006
Mon May  1 14:40:46 MSD 2006
Mon May  1 15:52:24 2006  -1.944767 seconds

hwclock shows valid time.
but date reports something strange..
and i can't set it right with ntpdate:

#ntpdate pool.ntp.org; date
 1 May 14:43:39 ntpdate[7893]: step time server 194.88.5.36 offset 4294.918519
sec
Mon May  1 14:43:39 MSD 2006
#ntpdate pool.ntp.org
 1 May 14:43:49 ntpdate[7895]: step time server 194.88.5.36 offset 4294.967594
sec
