Its started automatically. 

For "What would you like to use as the disk (path)? /mnt/"

# dd if=/dev/zero of=fedora.img bs=1M count=1 seek=5120
#/sbin/mke2fs -F -j fedora.img
# mount -o loop fedora.img /mnt

This is what I have done for /mnt/"
