Did you report that to Fedora Core bugzilla ?

This look like grubby (which I never heard about until today) is doing
something wrong with the memory, and this doesn't look to be Xen fault at all,
plus your FC5 look a bit out-of-date: new version of kernels and userspace were
distributed since then.

I'm closing the bug as wontfix, but feel free to reopen is that's really xen
fault.
