im running xen-unstable from the hg mercurial repository, im running a centos 
4.3 guest os and having apache 1.3.34/mysql/php , im giving this guest machine 
a great amount of memory and it's performance is so bad/slow also apache fails 
every about 1 or 2 hors, i checked my /var/log/messages and got a bunch of 
this messages.

Machine Configurations:
AMD Dual Opteron 244
4gb ECC RAMS
dom0 has 256 mb
suspected domU has 3gb of memory
all apps are 64bit

i tried xen-3.0.1 and it was the same.
