No, but ifconfig says it got interrupt 16
/proc/interrupts doesn't mention 16

yes, also 16.

I don't know if the following could be related to the issue or expected
behaviour, but here it is:

In dom0 without hiding the NIC it's sharing it's interrupt:
16:        134          0        Phys-irq  uhci_hcd:usb4, peth0

In dom0 with hidden NIC the interrupt 16 is still used:
16:          0          0        Phys-irq  uhci_hcd:usb4

Let me know if more input is needed.
