I attached log file.  Here first I boot a domU with vcpus=2, shut it down, then
modify the config file to change vcpus=1, create it again, it failed.

For this domU kernel config, all I changed are:
CONFIG_XFS_FS=y (used to be off)
CONFIG_SCSI=y (used to be m)
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_SD=y (used to be m)

The reason I change scsi setting is that I want a monolithic kernel with no
modules at all.

The failures in latter part of xend.log is un-related to this bug, that's
another bug (491)
