When doing xm shutdown, or xm destroy, domains will often stay in the xm list
until xend is restarted.

When this situation occurs the following error can be found in xm log (the
stopped domain in question is #5):

[2005-09-16 15:01:36 xend] ERROR (XendDomainInfo:128) domain_getinfo(5) failed,
ignoring
