Hello,

i have a Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe with one nVidea SATA and one Silicon Image SATA
Controller. I boot from a ide disk.

The strange Problem was, that i couldn't boot dom0 when CONFIG_SCSI_SATA_NV
was set in the Kernel and sata Disks were attatched.

Additionally there was a difference in when the booting stopped if there were
any disks attatched to the nvidea controler or not.

My solution was to reattatch the SATA disks to the silicon controller and make
compile nvidea driver as module, and don't attatch any disk to it.

This is my first bug report, so i don't know what you need for Informations
that can help you to fix it.

Greetings
Sami
