Hi Matthias,

Unfortunately the patch names don't survive the 'hg email' -- they all appear 
to be named 'xen-api-libs.hg' or something :)

I think I have the patches which apply to stdext/ -- perhaps I'm just missing 
mlvm-refactor. Could you resend?
