Unsure what you mean by NS2, I would recommend trying Citrix XenServer
5.5 or above. XS 5.5 uses Xen 3.3 as its core hypervisor and you can
download the SDK/DDK VMs to work from and best of all, it's free. Plus,
you get different sets of API bindings for 4-5 major programming /
scripting languages.
