[Xen-API] [PATCH 0 of 7] Improvements to the hypercall simulator
Various improvements to the hypercall simulator, making it better for testing
the ballooning daemon. In particular:
* host and guest memory is now properly accounted
* guests write feature-balloon after they boot
* guests tot_pages = target + constant when in a neutral state
